How Booking Works
Simple, clear, and designed around you
1. Choose your service
Select your preferred package and any add-ons based on your vehicle’s needs.
2. Select your appointment
Choose a date, time, and location that works for you.
3. Add your vehicle details
Tell us your vehicle make, model and any other important information you want us to know.
4. Secure your booking
A small deposit confirms your appointment, and you’ll automaically receive your chosen booking details straight away.
5. We arrive and walk through the vehicle with you
We’ll take a quick look over the vehicle together (if your not able to be present a video inspection will be sent), confirm the service with you, and highlight anything worth noting.
6. Finalise and complete the work
If anything needs adjusting or additional work is recommended, we’ll discuss it with you first then carry out the agreed service's.
7. Final check and handover
Once finished, we’ll walk you through the results and make sure you’re happy before completing payment.
What We Need From You
To make your appointment run smoothly
For most bookings, we just need:
- Safe access to your vehicle
- Enough space to work around it
- Your vehicle details (make, model, registration)
- A heads-up on anything unusual
Good to know:
Our vans are fully equipped, including onboard water and power, allowing us to carry out most services wherever your vehicle is located.
If available, we’re always happy to use a customer’s water or electricity but it’s not required.
