Appointments are confirmed once a date/time and service level have been agreed via phone, email, or our website.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on vehicle condition, size, or access requirements.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
We are fully insured to work on vehicles up to £250,000 both at customer locations and in our studio.
Service Guarantee & Liability
We pride ourselves on exceptional quality. If you’re unsatisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 48 hours—we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
While all reasonable care is taken, Avon Auto Detailing cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or wear revealed during the detailing process.
For specialist services like PPF or ceramic coating, post-service care instructions will be provided. Failure to follow these may void protection guarantees.
